Inside Seating - Enjoy an inside dining experience within the air-conditioned and comfortable cabin. With large viewing windows, sit back and enjoy your meal against the backdrop of the Gold Coast. Outside Seating (weather dependent) - Make the most of the glorious Gold Coast sunshine and dine al fresco style. Soak in the scenery with guaranteed waterside views.

- Cruises depart from Tiki Reserve pontoon, 73 Cavill Ave, Surfers Paradise QLD 4217.
- Paid parking is available nearby at Bruce Bishop, Circle on Cavill, Chevron Renaissance, and Cypress Avenue car parks.
- Please arrive 20 minutes prior to departure
- Seating options are Inside seating and outside seating. Outdoor seating is weather dependent.
- Vessels will depart on time and will be unable to return for late arrivals.
- Please ensure you leave enough time to park and arrive at the Tiki Reserve pontoon 20 mins prior to your tour departure time.
- Late arrivals will unfortunately forfeit their booking.
- The dress code for this experience is smart casual.
- Booking changes and cancellations are available without penalty up to 24 hours before departure.
- Within 24 hours, 100% of the fare is forfeited.
- For groups of 10 or more, 72 hours notice is required.
- All cruises are weather, minimum passenger number, and Queensland Health advisory dependent. In the unlikely event of a cancellation by the operator, you will be provided with a full refund (excl. gift vouchers) or a 12-month credit to use towards another cruise.

Save your money. It’s not a buffet & mistreatment of guests. Do not recommend.
Our cruising experience was not ok for the price we paid. We were unlucky and had the onboard manager target us the entire time because of on board disorganisation. We had a disrespectful question made by the onboard manager asking “are you going for seconds?” and asked to let people skip the queue ahead of us. I thought this was a buffet and guests can eat as little or as much as they feel is appropriate. We were made to feel uncomfortable for simply wanting to eat the food we paid for, so much that we ended up eating less than others on board and felt the worst feeling the entire time that it ruined our experience. Please do better and don’t embarrass or mock guests. I have never experienced such behaviour at any buffet before.

This experience was excellent and the food was amazing
Ok where do I start the view on the boat was great, we had air conditioning and the the food was bloody fantastic. The prawns my hubby ate were very big, the nicest prawns he has had he said. The kids enjoyed looking at the houses when we went past.

Seaworld cruise was excellent and the food was good highly recommended
Omg the food on the boat was amazing. The staff were very nice the cocktails were yummy pity, they didn't have a drink package but that is okay. The view from the top was good. This experience is good for the young and the old. The kids will love looking at the great houses along the beach.
